Lifestyle Counseling

I’m always reminding my patients that you can’t outsmart an unhealthy lifestyle. This means that even the best supplement regimen won’t help you heal if the foundations of health aren’t in place -

  • Balanced diet

  • Adequate hydration

  • Regular movement

  • Restful sleep

  • Stress management

To the list I also add time spent in nature (or as I like to call it, Vitamin N), healthy relationships, and purpose/passion.

I encourage my patients to set small, achievable goals that they can use as momentum to work toward larger goals. I know first-hand how hard it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle, so together we troubleshoot obstacles that come up along the way.
